I first came to Costa Rica to participate in an adventure race in 2002, and from that day on I knew I wanted to live in Costa Rica. So far, work and family have kept me in the states. I plan to move there once my two boys graduate and, in the meantime, I hope others can enjoy my beautiful condo and the amazing county of Costa Rica! I currently live in Moab, Utah with my two boys- Noah, 17 and Will, 15 and our two dogs, Lucy the goldendoodle and Pele’ the bordador. I previously ‘worked’ as a professional endurance athlete and while I’m not winning races anymore, I still enjoy participating in most all endurance sports, especially trail running. When not on the trails I direct and coach the local youth soccer club, organize the Moab Trail Marathon, and manage a few rental properties in the states. You may have seen my story on “I shouldn’t be alive”. This experience made me realize how fragile life is and how lucky I am to be here. I’ve learned to savor the past, relish the present, and to bravely face forward. I life by the motto of always giving my best so when I look back I will be grateful of my efforts.
